PURPOSE: A transfer system of a concrete form for curved tunnel is provided to allow the concrete form to travel freely even in a curved tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A transfer system of a concrete form for curved tunnel comprises a pair of support frames(1), a needle part(2), a head, and a support part. The support frames are located opposite each other and equipped with a lifting unit. The needle part is installed between the support frames to guide the concrete form. The head and the support part are transferred by an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder to support the inner surface of an excavated tunnel. The support part is fitted with a pair of guide rails on the upper side.
