PURPOSE: A textile pulling device of an embroidery machine is provided to gain an embroidered objects of high quality due to damage of textile and deformation of an embroidered motif due to pliers. CONSTITUTION: A textile pulling device of an embroidery machine is installed to be moved in a horizontal direction using an LM guide. The pliers tensions textile to an X axial direction. A pair of secondary(26) pliers is operated by an air cylinder(24) equipped on a front side of the pliers moved to the horizontal direction. A timing belt(32) is rotated by an index motor(36). The timing belt passes a pliers part included in the secondary pliers.
