<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible joint used at the largely flexible opposed end connection parts of a plurality of Hume pipes disposed in series in a shared centerline and high safety by fitting a rubber flexible short circular tube to the opposed end connection parts in the opposed end connection parts of the plurality of Hume pipes disposed in series on the shared centerline. <P>SOLUTION: At the plurality of opposed end parts of a plurality of equal-diameter pipes 1 and 1' disposed in series on the shared centerline c, small diameter short pipes 2 and 2' are projectedly fitted to the opposed end parts in an opposed direction. An extensible flexible bellows pipe 3 is fitted to the outer peripheries of these both small diameter short pipes 2 and 2'. The outer periphery of the base end part 3a of the bellows pipe 3 is fixedly tightened to the outer periphery of the small diameter short pipe 2 of one equal-diameter pipe. A steel pipe 4 forming a cylindrical space s allowing the tip part 3b of the bellows pipe 3 to be slidably fitted thereto on the outside of the small diameter short pipe 2' of the other equal-diameter pipe is fixed to the other equal-diameter pipe 2' on the shared centerline c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
