PURPOSE: A security printed material detecting device and an automatic detection system using CCD camera are provided to detecting the counterfeit of a printed material by analyzing the image photographed by the CCD. CONSTITUTION: A security printed material detecting device and an automatic detection system using CCD camera comprises a housing, an LED lamps(111,113), an optical filter(105), an imaging optical system(103), and a power supply unit. The housing has one end for taking close-up photos and the other end is toward a printed material for detection. A plurality of LED lamps irradiates the light towards the printed material placed in the outer side of the housing. The optical filter filters the light of the LED lamp inlaid to CCD. The imaging optical system, installed inside the housing, adjusts the focal distance for the photography of the printed material. The power supply unit supplies the operation power to the LED lamp is included. The LED lamp is comprised of the combination of at least a ultraviolet ray LED lamp, a visual light LED lamp, and an infrared lamp. The detection result is determined by comparing the photographed image with a standard image.
