PULMONARY FUNCTIONAL FOOD COMPOSITION COMPRISING EXTRACTS FROM NATURAL HERBAL MATERIALS AND PEAR AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composition containing oriental medicinal herb and pear extracts is provided to prevent and treat bronchial diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for improving bronchial function, which contains oriental medicinal herbs and pear extracts comprises: a step of washing 2060 g of oriental medicinal herbs and 1000 g pear extract using water; a step of branching the oriental medicinal herbs in a steam at 100-120 °C for 25-35 minutes; a step of freezing at -40 °C to dry and vacuum-drying; a step of pulverizing at 170-200 mesh to obtain powder; a step of mixing 50 weight% of rice grain syrup and 50 weight% of brown sugar and heating to concentrate; and a step of concentrating secondly in the vacuum and adding mixed powder.
