PURPOSE: A hydrogen filtering membrane having a pipe shape and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer superior usability while improving hydrogen separation characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen filtering membrane(100) includes a pipe supporting body(110) having a pipe(112) providing a path for discharging hydrogen gas. The hydrogen separating membrane discharges the hydrogen to the pipe supporting body after separating the hydrogen from the mixed gas. A pore rate of the hydrogen separating membrane is 0.05 or less, and the hydrogen ion conductivity of the hydrogen separating membrane is 0.01 or more at a temperature of 900°C.
