PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for reducing skin pore is provide to ensure the effect of treating skin trouble by skin pore as well as skin pore reduction effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for reducing skin pore contains Arctium lappa extract fermentation liquid as an active ingredient. The Arctium lappa extract fermentation liquid has the function of suppressing sebum secretion or protein coagulation. The Arctium lappa extract fermentation is obtained by inculating useful 0.01-0.1 weight% of microorganism to the Arctium lappa extract and fermenting. The useful microorganism is Bacillus Subtilis, Lactobacillus brevis or Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
