MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR POROUS MATERIAL OF CALCIUM SILICATE USING SLUDGE AND STONE POWDER

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a porous calcium silicate curing body using sludge and stone powder is provided to shorten an autoclave curing time and pre-curing time. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a porous calcium silicate curing body using sludge and stone powder comprises the following steps of: mixing stone powder, sludge, and dispersing agent in water to make it slurry(S10); adding cement, quicklime, and gypsum to the slurry(S20); mixing them together at the same time injecting a foaming agent to it uniformly(S30); molding the slurry into a certain shape in a molding frame(S40); pre-curing the molded slurry within a range from room temperature up to 80°C to form a green body and demolding it(S50); and curing the green body in an autoclave at 10-20 atm for 3-10 hours(S60).
