PURPOSE: A level shifter is provided to minimize the mount area, and reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A level shifter includes the first transistor(N1), the second transistor(P1), the first capacitor(C1), and the third transistor(P2). The gate electrode of the first transistor is connected to an input stage. The first transistor is connected between a ground(GND) and an output stage. The gate electrode of the second transistor is connected to the first node(A). The second transistor is connected between the output stage and the second power source(VDDH). The first capacitor is connected between the first node and input stage. The gate electrode of the third transistor is connected to the first node. |
