PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a fund in a company by using company private banking and a recording medium thereof are provided to encourage work desires of a company employee. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing a fund in a company by using company private banking comprises the following steps. At least one compensation money checked through company private banking is transferred to a company fund account. Communication costs about company employees are checked together with a communication server cooperated with groupware. Communication cost support money per a company employee is calculated in proportional to a cooperation service and company private banking use showings. An interest about the company fund account is applied proportionally to the use showings about the company fund account(520). The communication cost support money per a company employee is paid to a communication service company from the company fund account.
