PURPOSE: A circular knitting machine is provided to maximize efficiency of clothes manufacturing operation by lengthening the textiles weaved by one rotation of a cylinder, and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A circular knitting machine includes a cylinder, a plurality of cam boxes, and a guide cam(22). The cylinder is installed at the top of a table pivotally. A plurality of knitting needles are mounted on an outer circumference of the cylinder. A plurality of cam boxes are mounted on an outer side of the cylinder. The guide cam is installed at an inner side of the cam box. The guide cam includes a cam groove(24) in which a butt of the knitting needle is inserted and guided. A feeder(F) of the guide cam is designed to 2.8~4.0 according to the circumferential surface of the cylinder. |
