摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode package is provided to arrange closely the interval between the LED chips and to obtain excellent color mixture of LED. CONSTITUTION: The LED package(2) includes the first LED chip(31), the second LED chip(32), and the third LED chip(33). The first LED chips, the second LED chips, and the third LED chips are arranged to for a triangle. The length of the third line makes 1.5 times than the length of the length of the first line. The first LED chips, the second LED chips, and the third LED chips emit the light of the each dissimilar wavelength band.
