PURPOSE: Para aramid fiber is provided to offer excellent tensile strength and elongation property etc, and to improve surface roughness property by optimizing a spinning process of yarns. CONSTITUTION: Para aramid fiber is combined between aromatic rings. The para aramid fiber has structure which is connected to a direct direction through amino bond. The surface roughness of the para aramid fiber is RMS 0.2μm or less. The tensile strength of the para aramid fiber is in a rage of 22g/d ~ 26g/d. The elongation of the aramid fiber is 2.8 ~ 3.5%. The fineness of warp and weft of the aramid fiber is 1,500 deniers. The filament(1) of the aramid fiber is injected from a spinneret(35). |
