PURPOSE: An ion reactor for separating minute solids from wastes is provided to prevent liquid wastes, from which minute solids are removed, from getting viscous in order to discharge the liquid wastes smoothly to a gas generator. CONSTITUTION: An ion reactor for separating minute solids from wastes comprises a waste inlet(10), ion reaction baths(30,50), adjusting baths(40,60), scum outlet(80), pump portion, ion supplier, air supplier, waste outlet(20), and discharging pump(90). The waste flows through the waste inlet so the solids with particle size of 1 mm or greater are removed. The ion reaction baths comprise circular or polygonal top, cone-shaped bottom, scum holders(32,52), and lid. The adjusting baths comprise circular or polygonal top, cone-shaped bottom, scum holders, and lid. The scum outlet drains the floating material on the ion reaction baths and scum holders. The pump portion is located between the ion reaction baths and adjusting baths. The ion supplier supplies positive ions to the ion reaction baths. The air supplier supplies the air to the ion reaction baths and adjusting baths. The waste outlet is connected to the adjusting baths and discharges the liquid waste of which the solids are removed. The discharging pump is connected to the ion reaction baths and adjusting baths. |
