<p>A privacy policy negotiation system based on pervasive P3P(Platform for Privacy Preferences) for a privacy-recognition pervasive system is provided for users to use various services without particular concerns. A contextual information sensing unit(200) is comprised of ubiquitous sensors. The contextual information sensing unit senses the intrinsic identification number and peripheral context information of a portable unit(100) and transmits the sensed information to a contextual information recognition unit(400). By using the intrinsic identification number and contextual information of the portable unit, a context server(500) allocates and manages the service agent, a user agent, or a negotiation agent of a specific area. The context server induces the suited privacy policy of a user to provide an optimal pervasive service to the user. A service unit(600) provides various pervasive services to the user according to the service negotiation-induced from the context server.</p> |
