Simultaneous immunological determination of both members A and B of a bindin g pair (e.g. antigen and antibody) in a biological sample, by: 1) incubating the sample with anti-A antibody attached to particles, to produce particle-antibody-A complex; 2) incubating the complex with labelled anti-A and anti-B antibodies; and 3) detecting labels by flow cytometry.
