THE METHOD OF LIQUID HEHAVIOL IN THE PROCESS FO THE PRODUCTION OF SINTERED DUST/CLAY BODY AND THE BRICK PRODUCED BY USING SUCH METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for controlling liquid behavior during a manufacture process of dust/clay-based sintered body is provided to optimize the amount of alumina added in order to improve the shape-keeping ability of the brick at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling liquid behavior during a manufacture process of dust/clay-based sintered body comprises the following steps of: mixing dust and clay together and adding alumina to the mixture; and controlling the behavior of the liquid produced in the manufacturing process of a sintered body. The sintered body is composed of 65-90wt% of clay, 5-20wt% of dust, and 5-15wt% of alumina on a basis of 100wt% thereof.
