ARAMID TIRE CORD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SMAE

PURPOSE: Aramid tire cord and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent shape stability and thermal stability by applying aramid multifilament having high intensity and modulus. CONSTITUTION: Aramid tire cord includes aramid multifilament. The aramid tire cord includes dip strength of 10~23g/d. The elongation at break of the aramid tire cord is 3~10%. The rubber adhesiveness of the aramid tire cord is 10kg or greater. The total fineness of the aramid tire cord is 800~10,000 denier. The aramid is poly(para- phenyleneterephtalamide).
