FABRIC FOR AIRBAG AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Textile for an airbag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a shrinkage phenomenon of the textile generated in a weaving, a processing, and a cutting processes of the airbag. CONSTITUTION: Textile for an airbag includes hybrid fiber in which nylon66 fiber, polyphenylenesulfide fiber or p-aramid fiber are combined with a weight ratio of 50:50 ~ 80:20. The polyphenylenesulfide fiber has a repetitive unit of a chemical formula 1. The p-aramid fiber has the repetitive unit of a chemical formula 2. The hybrid fiber is made by bonding the nylon66 fiber, the polyphenylenesulfide fiber or the p-aramid fiber with the weight ratio of 1:1 ~ 2:1.
