CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of supplementary food for good health having improving effects for her/his physical habitude containing materials of herbal medicine, nanocarbonate and minerals includes the following steps of: aging organic minerals of 10 weight%, nanocarbonate powder of 15 weight%, Atractylodis Rhizoma of 5 weight%, safflower seed of 8 weight%, phlomis umbrosa of 6 weight%, Ancylostoma of 4 weight%, Aralia Continentalis Kitagawa of 5 weight%, dodder of 3 weight%, bokbunja of 3 weight%, and an antler of 2 weight% etc for 7 ~ 25 hours; fermenting one kind among edible microorganism in a mixture; adding a calcium absorption accelerator and vitamin complexes after a fermentation process; and making the mixture to ultrafine powder of 30~50μm.
