PURPOSE: A fishing gear for cephalopod capture is provided, which improves the productivity by increasing the catching amount of cephalopod. CONSTITUTION: A fishing gear for cephalopod capture is constituted as follows. In the shell shape, a main body(10) in which the entrance in which a cephalopod enters and leaves is formed is combined with a sub-body(20) which is equipped with a bait box. A separation prevention unit(15) for preventing separation or the escape of the cephalopod is formed at the entry area of the main body into one body. The separation prevention unit is a crooked needle.
