摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode having a non-polarized light emitting diode chip is provided to improve light emitting efficiency by mounting a non-polarized light emitting diode chip. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode having a non-polarized light emitting diode chip comprises a non-polar or the anti-polarity light emitting diode(non-polar or semi-polar LED) chip(25), a plurality of leads(21a,21b), a molding unit(29), and a coating unit(31). A chip can be built in one side of a plurality of leads. The molding unit solders a part of a chip and the lead in which a chip is built. The coating unit covers the light emitting diode chip.
