PURPOSE: An outdoor folding chair is provided, which makes management conveniently conducted by automatically folding the backboard part to the seat plate. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor folding chair comprises a rod bracket formed in the bottom side center; a seat back body in which a hinge piece is formed in both sides of the rod bracket; a backboard part(10) consisting of a front cover and a rear cover; a seat body in which an engagement claw is formed in the front side, a variable rod is located in the bottom side center, and a hinge groove which is hinge-coupled with a hinge piece of the seat back body is formed on both rear sides; a seat part(20) consisting of a top cover and a bottom cover; a support post which is pin-coupled with an engagement piece of the body; and a pillar(30) which is connected by a joint pin.
