PURPOSE: A coating method of a structure using a prefabricated panel and the prefabricated panel used in the method are provided to shorten a process due to fast curing period in comparison with an existing wet construction method and to minimize damage caused by fire. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel used in a coating method of a structure using a prefabricated panel comprises a pair of case members(20), a core material(10), and a groove portion(30). The core material is interposed between the case members. The groove portion is formed at either side or both sides of the case member.
