PURPOSE: A module, an array printed circuit board, and test board with guide holes are provided to increase the accuracy and the reliability of a pogo pin and a pad through a position correction. CONSTITUTION: In a module, an array printed circuit board, and test board with guide holes, a plurality of pad are formed the edge of the module and under the module by a certain period. A guide hole(110) is formed at the four corners and locates a hole on a test board in remaining space at a corner of a module exactly. A pogo pin us formed around a holding member and transmits a test signal to a module. A fixing pin is formed at the same position of the guide hole formed on the remaining space at the corner of the module. |
