PURPOSE: A system for providing advertisements, a method, and a seller terminal unit used in the same are provided to charge an advertisement cost efficiently based on a call history by enabling an advertiser or the sellers to confirm the call history conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A system for providing advertisements includes an advertisement providing unit(110), seller terminals(140) and a server(130). The advertisement providing unit has an advertisement information DB, and the information for the selling products is stored in the advertisement DB. The seller terminals comprise Internet phones. The server connects the purchaser terminal(120) to the seller terminals, and stores a call history.
