An opening and closing valve is provided to prevent the deformation and breakage caused by large water supply pressure by controlling a flow rate in an inlet, and to reduce working hours and to cut down the cost and to improve productivity by reducing the number of components and simplifying the shape compared with the existing valve, and a toilet bowl washing apparatus using the opening and closing valve is provided to discharge filth by injecting washing water at high speed from the lower part of a toilet bowl, thereby to wash a toilet bowl with small quantity of water. An opening and closing valve comprises a flow rate control unit supplying fluids in the appointed quantity, and a valve opening and closing unit(201) connected with the flow rate control unit and provided with plural valves(247), wherein the valve opening and closing unit includes a control unit to make the fluids supplied from the flow rate control unit to flow in at least one valve selected among the plural valves and to discharge fluids through the selected valve. |
