PURPOSE: Low-calorie sugar sweetener components and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent solubility and low calories with reduced apparent density, and to prevent damage of food properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sweetener components includes the following steps of: manufacturing mixing powder by mixing glucose, sucralose, chicory fiber, solbitol and maltodextrine; drying the manufacturing mixed powder while inflowing the preheated air; spraying water to the dried mixed powder; drying the mixed powder; and acquiring the dried mixed powder. The temperature of the preheated air is 80~100°C.
