A ground drilling device and a ground drilling method using the same is provided to efficiently perform a boring task by smashing a rock layer with the rotation of a bit. A ground drilling device comprises an out casing(100), a casing insertion part, a bit(200), a torque application part, a guiding protrusion(300), and a groove part(400). The casing insertion part makes the out casing insert into the ground by applying the vibration or hitting to the top and bottom of the out casing. The bit is installed inside the out casing. The torque application part is installed at the upward of the out casing. The casing insertion part comprises a clamp and a driving part. The side of the out casing is gripped by the clamp. The driving part authorizes het or vibration in the clamp. The guide protrusion comprises the protrusion and the supporting part. |
