PURPOSE: A mixing coagulation device of a conduit shape having clogging prevention function is provided to improve mixing performance of a coagulant and sludge by forming a separate jacket to mix a coagulant with the sludge through a plurality of injection nozzles. CONSTITUTION: A mixing coagulation device of a conduit shape having clogging prevention function includes a main pipe(100), a double pipe(200), a triple pipe(300), and a jacket(400). The main pipe is a hollow pipe. A plurality of injection nozzles(130) are equipped on an outer circumference of a supply pipe. A first baffle(140) having a semicircular arc shape is divided to a longitudinal direction of the outer circumference. The double pipe forms to accommodate the main pipe to an inner side. A first transfer pipe(240) is formed on an inner surface of the double pipe. A second baffle(230) is formed to the longitudinal direction of the outer circumference of the double pipe. The triple pipe is formed to accommodate the double pipe. The triple pipe includes a drainpipe(320) formed on the other side. The jacket is combined on a side of the triple pipe. The jacket includes a plurality of injection holes(410) to flow a coagulant uniformly. |
