PURPOSE: A black box for vehicles using a network function is provided to rapidly resolve a dispute by automatically collecting, transmitting, and storing evidence about accident generation. CONSTITUTION: A black box for vehicles using a network function includes a memory(130), a control part(120), an accident detecting part(160), a GPS receiver(150), and a wireless transmitting part(140). An image data is stored to the memory. The control part stores an encoded image data to the memory. The image data is transmitted from a camera installed in a vehicle. The accident detecting part detects a vehicle accident. The GPS receiver receives position information of the vehicle from a satellite. The wireless transmitting part wirelessly transmits information about the accident stored to the memory. The information about the accident includes an accident image data and position information of the vehicle.
