The element (11) has a circular, cylinder shaped or conical body provided for partial or complete insertion into a hollow space of a spinning core (1) under formation of form-and/or frictional contact, where the element is made of rubber elastic material. A section of the supporting element supporting a transponder (12) lies in an inner side of the spinning core. The transponder is casted in the supporting element and is molded by carrier material via injection casting method. Lateral protruding lamellas are provided at an inner wall of the core.
