Production and use of an antioxidant extract from Crypthecodinium sp.

Antioxidative active extract comprising Crypthecodinium sp., is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a fatty acid composition, which contains at least one unsaturated fatty acid, comprising the extract and components of different Crypthecodinium sp. biomass; and (2) preparing the fatty acid composition comprising homogenous mixing of the extract and the components.
