PURPOSE: A blood lancet device is provided to reduce a pain that the skin is picked by the lancet which is fallen and is not under control by securing the straight property of a plunger transferring the lancet. CONSTITUTION: A blood lancet device includes a plunger(50), an outer tip(20), and an ejector(110). A lancet(200) is inserted in the front of the plunger, and a finger(52) is formed at the plunger. The outer tip is made to cover the front portion of a plunger, and the front center of the outer tip is contacted with the skin. A hole is formed at the center of the front of the outer tip so that the lancet needle is passed. The other part of the ejector is installed to push the lancet of the plunger to the outside.
