A manufacturing method of an organic and inorganic complex hollow membrane in which a supporter is reinforced and the hollow membrane manufactured thereby are provided to improve structural stability and mechanical strength, and to offer excellent permeability. A manufacturing method of an organic and inorganic complex hollow membrane in which a supporter is reinforced includes the following steps of: manufacturing an organic polymer solution used for deforming structure of the membrane easily, and forming a wide effective area of the membrane; manufacturing an inorganic solution having excellent chemical resistance; forming the hollow membrane by applying the organic polymer solution and the inorganic solution on the supporter; and removing an organic solvent by dipping the supporter in distilled water.
