PURPOSE: A quickly changeable cutter assembly and a clamping screw assembly mounted on the same are provided to prevent abrasion on a projection of a hook part of a cutter slot due to repetitive rolling friction contact with a clamping screw. CONSTITUTION: A quickly changeable cutter assembly comprises a clamping screw consisting of a head and a post, and a ring washer coupled on the outer circumference of a post. The post comprises a threaded portion in which a male screw is formed at the end opposite to a head and a sliding potion between the threaded portion and the head without a screw. In the washer, a female screw is formed to correspond to the male screw. The inner diameter(D1) of the washer is lower than the external diameter(D2) of the screw thread of the threaded portion and is bigger than the external diameter(d) of the sliding portion. The length(T) of the sliding portion is longer than the thickness(t) of a washer. The washer is positioned on the sliding portion and is rotated.
