PURPOSE: A transferring device and a packing device with the same are provided to prevent a product from being twisted or separated from a moving path. CONSTITUTION: A transferring device comprises a transfer rail(41), a crawler member(42), a rotating member(44a), and a transferring element(47). The transfer rail guides the transfer of a product. The crawler member is arranged to the transfer direction of the product. The rotating member supports the crawler member both sides. The transferring element is mounted in the crawler member to transfer the product. The crawler member includes a return side(R), and a transfer side(T). The return side moves to the opposite side of the transfer direction of the product while coming crosser to the transfer rail.
