摘要
本实用新型公开了一种活塞式微小流量检测开关,开关壳体中镶嵌有干簧管(13),在开关壳体中,在垂直于流体流动的方向上安装有隔板(1),隔板(1)上带有两个逆止方向相反的逆止阀,一个是热水逆止阀(4),一个是冷水逆止阀(5),冷水逆止阀(5)为活塞式逆止阀。它能检测到流过它的微小热水流量并触发干簧管(13)的触点闭合。本实用新型允许水流双向流过开关。

1. 一种活塞式微小流量检测开关,含镶嵌有干簧管的开关壳体,其特征在于:在镶嵌有干簧管(13)的开关壳体中,在垂直于流体流动的方向上安装有隔板(1),隔板(1)把开关壳体分隔成两个腔体,在隔板(1)上开有两个透孔,一个透孔的位置靠近镶嵌在开关壳体里的干簧管(13),其上安装冷水逆止阀(5),另一个远离干簧管(13),其上安装热水逆止阀(4),这两个逆止阀的逆止方向相反,热水逆止阀(4)可以是任何具有逆止作用的阀门。
