A method for preparing a hybrid function coating, and a hybrid function coating composition are provided to simplify the manufacturing process and to obtain the hybrid function of electrical and/or thermal conductivity, antibacterial effect, static electricity prevention, etc. A method for preparing a hybrid function coating comprises the steps of preparing a silver coating solution containing a silver complex prepared by reacting a silver compound represented by the formula 1 and an ammonium carbamate-based compound represented by the formula 2, an ammonium carbonate-based compound represented by the formula 3, an ammonium bicarbonate-based compound represented by the formula 4 or their mixture; adding a colorant to the silver coating solution to prepare a hybrid function coating solution; and coating the hybrid function coating solution on a substrate to form a coating film. |
