PURPOSE: An outdoor electric lamp is provided to prevent snow and rain from being flowed inside an outdoor electric lamp by covering the outdoor electric lamp with a light transmitting member. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor electric lamp includes a lamp, a case, and cover(30), and the case includes a socket in which a lamp is combined. A cover forms an enclosed space for lamp in which a lamp is positioned together with the case, and the cover is made of a light transmitting material. The case includes an upper plate portion(21), a lower plate portion(22), and a vent. A penetration hole is installed at the lower plate portion and it connects the enclosed space for lamp with an interval.
