<p>The device (1) has a support part (8) with an opening for passing a connecting longilign element (2), and a hollow truncated part with cuts forming lateral winglets. An outlet diameter of a recess of the truncated parts is lower than a size of truncated shape blocking parts (4, 5, 6, 7) such that forced passage of the blocking parts through the support parts is obtained by radial deformation of the winglets. A chisel guide is provided in a form of tube, and is operatively arranged on the truncated part and the blocking parts so as to cover the lateral cuts. An independent claim is included for a connecting assembly for fragile anatomical structures comprising an implantable device.</p> |
