Cylinder head gasket for an internal combustion engine

The gasket (1) has triple point forming zones e.g. necks, in which sealing of the gasket is ensured by its edge in opposite to a timing cover (8) fused and fixed to an engine block. The zones have a non-rectilinear edge (5) of large length, where sealing is ensured using a seal (9) that is made of flexible and elastic material and is interposed between the cover and the non-rectilinear edge. The seal is subjected to warping during its integration in the zones against the edge, where the seal is made of silicone material.
