PURPOSE: An implant structure having buffer function is provided, which reduces impact applied to the alveolar bone by providing a buffering unit. CONSTITUTION: An implant structure having buffer function includes a fixture, an abutment, and buffer material. The fixture(10) is laid inside the alveolar bone. The abutment(20) integrates the artificial tooth and fixture by being screwed from the top of the fixture. The buffer material(30) is combined with the abutment. The buffer material is combined inside the artificial tooth combined with the abutment. The buffer material absorbs the power delivered through the artificial tooth and is made of soft material.
