<p>The machine (10) has a temperature sensor (30) e.g. contactless infrared measuring sensor, measuring a temperature value of a work piece (1). A storage unit (2) stores a temperature reference value of an identical work piece. A processor (3) compares the temperature value with the temperature reference value, and determines whether the temperature value is classified as critical value, where a signal function of the processor actuates the changes of a tool kit i.e. bar blade, when critical temperature value is reached. The processor is connected with a main switch (7) and/or a bracket (8). The temperature sensor is selected from a contact measuring sensor and a contactless infrared measuring sensor. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring a wear of a tool kit in a processing machine.</p> |
