<p>Organic film coating device for metals. Process for simultaneous electrolytic coating of an organic film on several conductive objects specifically made of iron, steel aluminium, zinc, brass, bronze, titanium, cadmium or niobium consists of applying a coating to the articles, preheating them to dry the coating, immersing them in an organic paint solution and passing a current through them and the paint solution. This electrically deposits a film on the articles, after which the painted articles are baked. Specifically, the coating is applied by immersion in a phosphate bath and subsequent washing with a chromate sealing solution.</p> |
