PURPOSE: A vehicle service state information display system having a mobile communication terminal is provided to transmit information about the location of a vehicle and information about whether the service is available to a user, quickly and periodically, through a registration message. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle service state information display system comprises a mobile communication terminal, a mobile communication network, a control center and a vehicle service state information display unit(200). The mobile terminal includes the location information and service state information in a registration message and then transmits it through a control channel. The mobile terminal is converted into a speaker phone mode, automatically when a specific number is received. The mobile communication network interprets the registration message received from the mobile terminal.
