PURPOSE: A data transceiving system in a communication system and a method thereof are provided to transmit CP information to terminal without additional overhead. CONSTITUTION: A data transceiving method in a communication system comprises the following steps of: generating a preamble symbol which includes a preamble and the first cyclic guard interval having a fixed length; generating a data symbol which includes data and the second cyclic guard interval having a length corresponding to the cell size of base stations(210,220,230); and transmitting the preamble symbol and data symbol.
