A decoration and insect repelling apparatus is provided, which is easily detachable from a tree growing in a pot timber. A decoration and insect repelling apparatus comprises: an insect screen(201); a zipper(205) equipped in the insect screen; and a linkage(203) installed at the insect screen. The insect screen is equipped with a tobacco leaf(207) which prevents insect and disease damage generated in the tree growing in a pot timber; and a zipper which is equipped so that replacement of the tobacco leaf can be facilitated. The linkage installed at insect screen is made of rubber material and is easily detachable from the tree growing in a pot timber.
