A method for constructing a light is provided to arouse spectator's interest through various illumination by installing a plurality of lights in the bottom of a park, public square, or large building. A light includes a stone panel(10), a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(20), a light transmissive protection cap(30), and a PCB housing(60). One or more penetration holes are formed in the stone panel. An engraved groove is formed in the rear of the stone panel. A plurality of LEDs(21) are mounted on the PCB. The PCB(Printed Circuit Board) housing is fixed in the engraved groove. The light transmissive protection cap is installed in the upper part of the penetration hole to prevent the inflow of the foreign material in the stone panel. An LED power supply line(22) is drawn from the side end of the PCB housing. The LED power supply lines of the adjacent lights are connected each other. The connection part of the LED power supply line is waterproofed after being inserted into the PCB housing.
