A waterway cover for food grinders is provided to employ an improved structured blade, thereby improving cutting power and workability even with tough fiber, meat and fish. A food grinder comprises a cutter which is located between a dual net(61) supported by a transfer screw(30) and a cutting net(62) and cuts the foodstuffs transferred and compressed in a direction of a perforated net. The cutter(70) has a long groove(72) inward. The cutter has a pair of blades(71a,71b) whose edge faces are higher than inner face. The blades are positioned near the dual net and cutting net. The groove is 'V'-shaped.
